How our process works:
- If needed, we schedule a time that is convenient to you to come out for a onsite walk around the property. In many cases, an estimate can be made using online maps/imaging. (Sometimes we will need a on-site evaluation) We can usually gather the info needed without the homeowner being present if you can’t break away from your busy schedule.
- Site evaluations usually take about 10-15 minutes. Afterwards, we will send you a formal estimate via email with an option to select an available slot on our calendar that is convenient to you.
- There will be a copy of our insurance policy provided along with any waivers and an onboarding document laying out our expectations prior to service.
- On the service date we will call/text 30 minutes in advance of your prearranged time slot.
- We will note any issues we find (damage to glass, frames, etc) and bring to your attention, making note in our online pre-work inspection form.
- After service is complete, we will do a quick inspection and ask that you confirm satisfaction. If you see anything you would like addressed we will happily take care of that for you. Customer satisfaction is our goal.
- We will accept payment in cash, check, and credit at the time of service completion. Payment is due at the time of service completion.
